Oliver, Best of Breed, Lebanon Area Fair Rabbit Show, 2010

Wandering Creativity

is owned and operated by Irina L. She's a knitter, spinner, dyer, and raises rabbits and sheep. She focuses on breeding show quality, fiber giving, Satin Angora rabbits. Also she will be breeding Creme D'Argent rabbits. She has shown her rabbits at local fairs during the summers and therefore many have award ribbons to their names. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact this young lady. Also look out for her hand-dyed sock yarn, photographs, and handspun yarn in the shop!

Aboundingful Farm

is a small farm in Lebanon County Pennsylvania where Ellen and her family raise many different fiber animals for hand spinning as well as a few others "just because". In the "bunny barn" which is an old dairy barn, you will find 3 different breeds of Angora rabbits... The English Angoras, French Angoras and Satin Angoras. These are raised for fiber and for show. They also raise Thrianta rabbits, a small short haired red rabbit for show, and Rare Breed American Blue rabbits, and American Fuzzy Lop rabbits (these are some of the "just because" critters).

In the pastures you will find Angora goats- raised for their lovely Mohair, Icelandic Sheep-for their double coated fleeces in many natural colors & Rare Breed Leicester Longwool sheep for lustrous locks. Fiber, yarn and products from these animals can be found at Flying Fibers.

Some of the other "critters" on the farm include a horse, hives of honeybees, some chickens for eggs and plenty of barncats.

2012 Fleece to Shawl Competition at the PA Farm Show

2011 Fleece to Shawl Competition

Treadling Lambs and a Ram

Our 4-H team made us proud once again as the winners of the 2012 Fleece to Shawl competition at the PA Farm Show.

These five wonderful kids set out to honor their mentor, Tina Volz, with their shawl this year. To celebrate all that Tina has taught them over the years the kids focused on Tina's bout with Bladder Cancer. The resulting shawl is simply beautiful as is their mentor, Tina. You will never see Tina without a smile on her face.
